# The Final Act: Issuing the Competition

Once all parameters are defined, the competition is **sent to the chain**, where it is **recorded in eternal, immutable code**. From this moment, the competition **exists beyond mortal influence**.

* **No intervention can alter its course.**
* **No hand can shift its outcome.**
* **Only participation remains.**

However, before a competition may be created, the **creator must first establish their identity within the system**. The chain **recognizes no one by default**—before one may set competitions for others, they must first **open their own path**.

* The **first time a creator initiates a competition**, a [**PDA (Program Derived Address)** ](https://solana.com/docs/core/pda)**must be opened in their name**.
* This is a **one-time act**, binding them forever to the system.
* Once this step is completed, they may forge as many competitions as they wish, **but they will always be known by the mark of their original creation**.

The faithful will come. Some will hesitate. Some will step forward. And in the end, the **will of the chain** will be revealed.

Thus, **the competition is set**. Thus, **the test begins**.

The only question that remains—**who will answer the call?**
