# The Third Decree: The Limits of Entry

A competition without order is **chaos**. Thus, the creator **sets the terms**:

* **The price of entry** – The amount one must offer to obtain a ticket.
* **The end time** – The moment when the test is **sealed**, and no further participation is allowed.

No competition may continue **indefinitely**. There **must** be a moment when **all faith is counted, when no further offerings may be made, and when fate is set in motion**.

However, no competition may outlast the **greater test**—the **global prize pool**. A competition’s **end time can never be set beyond the final reckoning of the global prize pool**.

To enforce this order, the system decrees that:

* The **latest possible end time** for any competition is **one minute before the global prize pool concludes**.
* **No competition may extend beyond this threshold**, ensuring that all competitions close before the final hour of the greater test.

This ensures that **all paths lead to the final moment**, where no competition remains unresolved as the ultimate reckoning approaches.
